Ateljé for
Art & Architecture
Transforming recognizable forms into contemporary art. My work documents the intersection of memory, place, and structure – from echoes of the past to the intimacy of the human figure.
Artistic Practice

Architecture
Exploring the relationship between memory, place and built form. After 25+ years founding PM-architecten Belgium, my architectural practice continues to investigate how space shapes human experience.

Contemporary Art
Reworking imagery of the world through systematic transformation between figurative and abstract. Creating new ways of seeing through painting and mixed media, revealing hidden relationships between memory, form and perception.

Spatial Interventions
Site-specific works where art and architecture converge - from monumental installations to environmental interventions investigating the dialogue between materials, space, and human experience.
My work explores systematic transformation between figurative and abstract, applying architectural precision to conceptual goals. Through this methodology, I document the evolving relationship between structure, nature, and human intervention.

ABOUT
Konstnär Arkitekt
My artistic practice explores transformation—the systematic progression between figurative representation and geometric abstraction. This methodology bridges 25+ years of architectural experience at PM-architecten Belgium with contemporary artistic investigation.
After founding and leading an architecture and engineering office, I relocated to Sweden to focus on creative work where architectural precision meets artistic freedom. The rigorous thinking that shaped complex spatial problems now informs conceptual artwork—from historical research to intimate studies and investigations of nature.
The Swedish “Ateljé” represents a space where disciplined architectural vision encounters experimental artistic practice. Here, systematic deconstruction reveals hidden relationships between memory, structure, and perception, transforming recognisable forms through methodical visual analysis that bridges Belgian heritage with Swedish contemporary context.
